This Privacy Policy describes how Walnut Street Parking Inc., doing business as ParkCincy (“ParkCincy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit parkcincy.com, use our ticket portal at app.parkcincy.com (together, the “Sites”), or otherwise interact with our parking services. By using the Sites, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

Information we collect

Information you provide to us

  • Contact information. If you call, email, or use a contact form, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, and your message (for example, your preferred parking lot).
  • Parking and ticket information. If you look up, pay, or contest a parking ticket through our portal, we collect information such as your ticket number, license plate number, vehicle information, and the details you submit with a contest.
  • Permit and pass information. If you sign up for monthly parking or an FC Cincinnati season parking pass, we collect the information needed to set up and manage your permit.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Sites, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information about your device and how you use the Sites, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We collect this information using cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics (see “Cookies and analytics” below).

Payment information

Payments made through our ticket portal are processed by third-party payment processors (for example, card networks and providers of services such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay). Your payment card details are provided directly to those processors, and their privacy policies govern that information. We do not store your full payment card number on our servers.

How we use information

  • To provide, operate, and improve our parking services and the Sites;
  • To process ticket payments and review contested tickets;
  • To set up and manage monthly permits and season parking passes;
  • To respond to your questions and requests;
  • To enforce parking rules at our facilities and prevent fraud or misuse;
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. With vendors who perform services for us, such as payment processing, website hosting, and analytics, and who are permitted to use the information only to provide those services;
  • Legal reasons. When we believe disclosure is required by law or appropriate to respond to lawful requests, enforce our terms or parking rules, or protect the rights, property, or safety of ParkCincy, our customers, or others;
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, sale, financing, or other transfer of all or part of our business.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Sites. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as how often users visit, what pages they visit, and what other sites they used before coming to ours. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can also set your browser to refuse some or all cookies, though parts of the Sites may not work properly without them.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements.

Security

We use reasonable measures designed to protect the information we hold. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

The Sites are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links

The Sites contain links to third-party websites and services, such as Google Maps. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and this policy does not apply to them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Sites after an update means you accept the revised policy.
